Your staff was the friendliest, nicest, most helpful that I have ever encountered. Even with their masks on I could tell they were smiling. (It shows in their eyes!) It make me think I would like to work there, if I were still working. They were kind, explained what they needed, thanked me, and in general were absolutely outstanding from the front desk to the X-ray people.

I was impressed with the speed of check in, xray, seeing doc, getting shot and a brace. Appointment was for 2:10 and I was in my car to drive home at 3:00.

Great folks to deal with ontop of your care
I didn't have to wait long before I was taken to x-ray and then Dr. Kitay appeared soon after. He was very thorough and had two assistants with him to transcribe his observations. He explained the options to me very clearly, and in plain English. Since I was planning to leave in about a month it did not make sense to schedule the procedure at that time. He said he would need to see me afterward a few times to monitor my progress. I was looking for a credible second opinion and that's exactly what I got!

Excellent efficient and compassionate staff. Assisted me and my family member when I had to have emergency surgery. Dr. Gould is a very skilled surgeon. He was able to successfully complete a complicated surgery and he handled my emotional state with aplumb. Highly recommend Dr. Mark Gould and all JOI staff I have encountered.
