As a new patient I was welcomed immediately and was called back in a timely manner and the staff in the back we not only very helpful but made me feel comfortable right away. Went for X-rays and tech was very pleasant and I knew she was smiling even with a mask on. Dr Bell answered all my concerns and I felt and took the time not only to explain the X-rays but the treatment .. I would give this office an A+ for sure!

Caring staff, doctor spent plenty of time with me & investigated an issue that showed up on my x-ray for which I was not referred. It turned out to be more urgent & he got right on scheduling tests to address.

Parking options are pretty good. The waiting rooms are big. Everything seems organized. People from front desk to back office staff, seem to know what they’re doing. Also how to keep things moving. Last visit I did an injection. When called to back, 1st Dr talked briefly & put at ease; then ladies took over telling me what to do & expect & all moved smoothly. When done. Watched me awhile. Showed concern.. bfore letting me leave. Thank you.

Doctor Smith was courteous, knowledgeable and caring, as was the entire staff members that were part of my visit. Being new to the community, and so hesitant about new healthcare after 53 years connected with YNHH docs in CT, my fears so far with all docs I have encountered are put to rest.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the fact that I was not called back until 40 minutes past my appointment time and did not see the Dr. until an hour past my appointment time was very distressful. I had completed all my paperwork prior to my appointment so this delay would not occur.
