The staff is just outstanding. I have never been to a doctors appointment where I felt so welcomed. Everyone presented a very caring and professional attitude.
The first person I encountered, attending nurse, was very welcoming and very kind. I could tell she was well trained, was focused and fast to complete her preliminary questions. That set the tone for the rest of the appointment.
Dr. Solis was very professional yet easy to speak to. That’s often something that I pay attention to and often see it lacking in the medical community. Dr. Solís provided a diagnosis and proceeded with treatment options. He discussed the possible scenarios and outcome of each to help me choose the best treatment for me. Though I was apprehensive about the cortisone shot in the knee, especially never had experienced one, I felt it was the best option and he welcomed that decision with great care. Today my knee is feeling about 90% better, which has allowed for my spirits to be lifted, as I am not one to sit around. Being able to be mobile without much pain has been wonderful. Thank you to all who helped me yesterday feel better by being able to trust in your expertise and the overall procedure.

I'm fine with the service, just wish someone had called me to reschedule with another Dr once they knew Dr. Sackstetter was leaving and would not be doing my surgery!!

Dr. Kaplan and his staff. I also love my physical therapy app. It helps me to stay accountable for my pt. There are so many other reasons to love JOI. I would have to write an extremely long message to mention everything that helps me and others to trust JOI, and especially Dr. Kevin Kaplan for his unique way to help his patients. He is the goat!!!

Only been once so far. Nurses and Dr. Perry were professional, helpful and informative.
Dr Crenshaw was professional, concise and direct. He previously given me a shoulder replacement that was perfect. This time he diagnosed a problem with my hip. It was much as I expected but he explained it well and gave me some stretching that could mitigate the inflammation I have been experiencing.
Dr. Solis was very helpful and caring with the issue that I presented to him.
The staff did their best to get me the appointment with him as quickly as possible. I found the experience to be a positive one.
