Dr Madden and her staffing were amazing. They took the time to talk to me. Explain everything they were going to do and then followed through promptly. Dr. Madden was very friendly and cheerful and really explained my issues in a way that was easy to understand. I was referred to her by a customer who said she was the best. My customer was right she’s over the top professionally and her patient interaction is some of the best I’ve ever experienced.

The office is very nice. Efficient and professional but didn’t rush me. I had an accident and received a referral from the clinic that took my X-rays.
Down side was When I called for an appointment they had the referral but no X-rays and no electronic transfer. I was thinking this was going to be an issue. Luckily my husband could pick them up and take them to JOI. (Not sure how that would have worked if he wasn’t here since I was pretty banged up and couldn’t drive. )
I gave JOI a 10 as once received they got me in first thing on a Friday morning! (The next day)
