Staff is friendly, check in and check out is easy. Dr Bohsali is friendly and compassionate . He listens to my concerns and addresses them. I don’t feel like he’s rushing to get out to the next patient.

Very caring, it's one appointment that I don't mind at all and I love Dr Vincinty and I love Matt, and all the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I find it a safe place to be this is rare because I've been chronically acutely ill for the past five years, I can't tell you how many doctors and the specialist Oliver I've been to, so when I find somebody like you that actually communicate with you listens to you here's you remember you. I wasn't sure at first, on arrival, to check in, because of the line. But all moved quickly and smoothly. I was directed to another waiting room and the wait was not long. A good experience.
Everything - staff at check in, nurses and Dr C - all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions completely and understandably until I had no more to ask.
I think this is the best group of Doctors in Jacksonville. Always helpful and seems to be interested in your needs and concerns. They make you feel better after answering your questions.

Dr. Kitay and his team were punctual, professional, and informative. The office is organized and highly efficient. Consultation, explanation of options, and recommendations were presented clearly and questions were answered in a helpful, understandable manner. I am pleased with the outcome and very impressed with the entire office experience ( a rare example in the current environment of tedious inefficiency in most medical experiences).
