Dr Solis is great, as is the whole staff at JOI. The Xray technicians were wonderful and the office staff courteous and professional.

I requested an appointment to check my knee before beginning an exercise regimen. They were able to give me an appointment within 10 days. I arrived for my appointment, was promptly signed in, and then had an x-ray before seeing my doctor. Asked any questions that I may have to my satisfaction. I was out of the office and on my way home within 30 minutes. I had seen Dr. Timothy Hastings about 7 years ago and requested to see him again this time. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hastings and JOI.

Even though there were a lot of patients arriving for afternoon appointments at the same time, the process of check-in was very organized and efficiant. My wait time to see the docotr was very minimal. Once I was in the room, I saw someone within 5 minutes, had an x-ray done, and was talking to the doctor within 15 minutes. I was out of my appointment before my appointment time even started. Dr. Kaplan and everyone on staff were very friendly and professional. John the x-ray technician made me emotionally comfortable while I was in physical discomfort. My overall experience was excellent.
