The services at JOI are awesome! I was seen at my appointment time, Kevin (Dr. Frykberg's MA) was very professional and answered all my questions. He even injected my knees and I did not feel a thing. Dr. Frykberg even came in to say hello and make sure I was doing okay! What a great team!

First of all, when I called for an appointment I got one fairly quickly. I loved the staff, PA, X-ray tech, and Dr. Gave me all the info I needed and gave me options. Will definitely use them again if needed.
Dr. Solis was very thorough as usual. He explained all my options so I was able to make a comfortable decision.

The ability to get a response and an appointment from Dr Hastings PA Josh! The friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the Radiologic Technologist. And the best part is the care I receive from Dr Hastings and Dr. Bohsali. And of course the positive results from surgical procedures by them both.

X rays in facility & immediate feedback. Dr. Graham took good care of a finger. Yesterday, Dr. Hastings helped me out with right knee issue.
The one-line, preregistration process was very efficient and no duplicative information was requested at the actual appt. The employee that handled the initial check-in had a great attitude, was courteous and processed everything in a timely manner. Upon arriving on the 2nd floor for appt w/ Dr. Kaplan, I anticipated the “usual” long wait, however I was called back at the exact time of the appointment. Dr. Kaplan promptly reviewed the X-ray, conducted a preliminary examination of shoulder and order an MRI. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the JOI appointment.
Dr took the time to care about my issue. As me many questions and touched my hand. I really feel good about his care and recommendation.
