Dr Pajadas has always been so helpful he is a very smart doctor he is so good at what he does I’ve recommended several friends to him which had shoulder surgery and they loved the work he did and was very happy and felt so much better so they could continue to work and we all had very hard jobs which we had to lift a lot he’s awesome

-When checking out, J. provided a receipt that listed my copay amount. Dr. Smith's office in Nassau and the JOI central billing office was unable to do this on 29 January--said it was impossible. Now, that it found to be possible, please share this new knowledge with the office manager at central billing...this info will help others who have an FSA accounts.
Opportunities for Improvement
-Process MRI order in a timely manner..I had to wait a few hours for the MRI order to be transcribed electronically. I really wanted to schedule the MRI that day since I drove from Darien, GA, but when I called the MRI scheduling number, they told me it wasn't ordered yet.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, concise diagnosis and prognosis given by Doctor Tandron after showing the X-ray results. This gave me confidence to follow the rehabilitative plan for maximum recovery.

Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly. I was treated with respect and all of my concerns were completely discussed and explained. I felt like I was listened to and that they wanted to help me with all my concerns. I was quickly checked in and didn't have to wait long to see the PA . I was very pleased with how my appointment went.
Everyone was great. I just don't understand why the first hand specialist didn't just tell me nothing could be done until my fingers are being pulled down
