A great appointment at JOI! My appointment was scheduled for 9am and at 9:01 I was sitting in an exam room. Dr Von Thron promptly arrived to discuss and evaluate my concerns. I then got x-rays from a very efficient and friendly tech. Back to the exam room for a review of those x-rays with the doctor where a care plan/course of action was developed and out the door I went all in 30 minutes.
VERY happy with Dr Von Thron and the JOI team. I highly recommend them.

Welcomed from the moment I crossed the threshold into the establishment. Greeted warmly and courteously from all behind the reception desk. The gentleman who escorted me to the next room was polite and attentive. The X-ray tech was knowledgeable and patient in guiding my hands to their appropriate position for the procedure. Lastly, the doctor and his assistant were extremely patient and kind as they assessed my condition. The doctor explained thoroughly what was transpiring with my hands and how to best move forward. A quite concerning visit for me turned out to be almost, and I say almost enjoyable.
These people are amazing. Each step, from signing in, to walking out the door they make sure everything is completed you have the info and help you need. They are not only very thorough, but seem to be genuinely kind, and love what they are doing. Hard to find all those qualities in practices these days.
