Not sure what is going on with your practice name being erased from the garage and people in scrubs who I asked directions of not knowing JOI is in the Reiid Building, saying it was all Baptist Health.

I definitely noticed JOI’s professionalism, quickness to respond and schedule, doctors who explain why things are happening to your body, and staff that seems like they want to be there. I wasn’t rushed through my appointment which was important to me. Also, there’s an element of fear that accompanies pain- feeling safe is passively addressed when everyone is professional and caring.
