I was very impressed with JOI and the efficiency I saw in the way they ran the facility. Everyone was kind and professional and the doctor was very personable. He made sure I understood what he was telling me and even made sure to write down information I needed to remember. He really seemed to know what he was talking about while coming off as a relatable guy.
