I likes that James let us know everything he found wrong with the house. And gave us some good advice. He was very thorough. And we appreciated that. You guys sure are not the cheapest but do a very through job.

Thank you James for working around all the flooring guys and handy =man who was fixing the toilet leaks. Everyone ended up showing up on that day of the home inspection as hard as I tried to not have that the case. Murphy's law. LOL
