Just want to start by saying thank you to North American home services inspections this company is professional punctual and very detailed in their inspections and reports. They inspectors that were on site were knowledgeable willing and definitely exceeded my expectations they went as far as inspecting further than I would have thought. At the end of the day this company has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars by inspecting my house I was able to walk away from a disastrous deal.

We were satisfied the way Mike did the home inspection at 7293 Sonora Dr in Rancho Murieta . He brought to our attention the issues that the house had and were major problems . We would like to request him again on our next home inspection .
