Core powers offers a variety of yoga classes which makes it easy to have a well rounded practice. The instructors all have different teaching styles so each class feels like something new.

Clean, friendly, great classes--nothing I don't love about this place!

The Old Town studio is big and very clean - love the amount of space in the studio. The instructor, Georgia, for yoga sculpt was awesome and very friendly. Big fan of yoga sculpt. As a former collegiate athlete, it serves as the kind of workout I'm used to from school and is great to stay tone and fit.

The instructors are friendly, attentative and mindful to postures taught and practised. They are the main reason I would recommend CorePower Yoga. Also the facilities are clean, welcoming, the music is brilliant and soothing and the ambience puts you straight into the mood of getting yourself connected with your innerself.

I love the energy and ambiance of this studio. Robyn is great and Christy's classes always make my day. She is so genuine, enthusiastic, and keeps me coming back for more.

Sculpt is my favorite workout class ever!

There are a variety of classes and times, so I can fit yoga into my busy schedule. I also feel very welcome whenever I enter the studio. A number of teachers take the time to learn the names of the names of their students as well. CPY has really formed a yoga community.

I like the cleanliness and great classes! Sometimes I I do not believe the room is hot enough, especially for fusion. Some people ask to turn the heat down during class, however I believe it needs to be explained that the class is meant to be set at a certain temperature and that it actually is not safe to perform the sequence if the room is not hot.

Omg, everyone was just so super welcoming and friendly. I just loved the vibe of this studio. My class experience was really great, too. I will definitely visit this studio again!
