I really enjoyed my C2 class. However, he did not set an intention at the beginning of class and he did not offer hands on assistance with anyone in the class. Otherwise, the instructor was great and the class was definitely challenging.

Extremely convenient, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love the classes I always feel welcome. Even though I'm old.
The mix of yoga and workout!
Core power has an array of great classes that are great for beginers or athletes. The teachers are all great at what they do and the facilities are beautiful. The sculpt class is one of the best workouts i have ever done and Im a nationally ranked athlete.
