Great classes, locations and schedule

This is my favorite Core Power in the Chicago area. The instructors are positive, nice, and actually want to help you. A lot of times at other Core Power locations, I feel like its like a "fast food yoga practice" in that instructors follow the same routine and go through it with no enthusiasm, and they do not even care to correct your form or make sure you are doing the movements correctly. This is SO important to an effective practice. This is why I like Core Power Old Town the most - because they DO care.

I have never taken a yoga class before so coming into a place like CorePower, I was really nervous. My instructor was incredible. She was so encouraging and supportive that I felt right at ease as I walked into the HOT yoga room. I have never had a workout like the one Bridget put me through and I know for a fact that I would not have been able to survive such a grueling 60 minutes if it wasn't for her support, encouragement and energy. Her constant reminder that I could overcome any obstacles the class presented as well as the motivation to start the weekend off on a good note was exactly what I needed in order to feel confident about my workout.

Bridget went above and beyond to relate to us as a class, support our efforts and encourage the right about of effort needed to be successful throughout the workout. She shared her thoughts and struggles from the week as well as her class concentration goal which made the workout even more satisfying once it was completed. Bridget brought the class full circle in a way that I have never been a part of before! I would absolutely return to CorePower, but only if Bridget is for sure my teacher!!

I think Corepower is one of the best wholistic exercise experiences available. I like the consistency of the process. I like knowing what to expect and getting a great experience no matter who is teaching. I can really count on my practice to not only challenge me physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Please do not change a thing!! Love love love

Multiple classes different times!!!

Love the studio and love the instructors! But the studio is so great! Very roomy and the temperature is always at a good setting. Only complaint is the insanely small locker rooms. It would be great if ALL the cubbies had doors since the lockers are very limited.
