Great classes that provide a great workout with wonderful staff and atmosphere - thrilled to have found this studio so close to home! Would love if more C2 classes incorporated teaching of poses like inversions and arm balances that the flows prep for. Often in class teachers will point out when it would be a great time to try X pose if we know it, so it would be valuable for those who don’t know them to be taught how to safely get into these poses for growth. Ben & Patrick’s classes have been great recently as they’ve taught chin stand and headstand respectively.
Morgan T is the best. She creates an optimal yoga experience for all abilities.

I take classes at a number of studios and drive the farthest to get to Merrifield. Love the 75 minute HPF at Merrifield on Saturday afternoons. It’s a great studio and all of the instructors have done a great job.
The instructions are very helpful and friendly. They studio is nice and clean.
