LOVE the sculpt classes - great combination of yoga + intense workouts in a medium-heat setting. all the teachers i've had are amazing and the atmosphere is encouraging :)

I love the C1class very much- it allows me to get everything i need for a healthy workout. Sadly my location only has it available once a week or during the work week hours only.

I loved the instructor. She is obviously very experienced in what she does. The studio was also very well kept. I felt welcomed since the first day I came in.
I love how calm and inviting the environment is. The instructors are great people and they create an easy environment to detach from life outside of the studio. I highly recommend these classes!

The classes are fun, energetic, and challenging! There are also many different classes to choose from with varying difficulty, which is great.

Great teachers in heated studio. PLEASE consider opening a studio in San Antonio!! There is a lack of yoga studios and CorePower would be so popular.

Steph is the best instructor I’ve had at CYP and that’s out of all nearly 300 of my CYP classes. Big fan of how she goes about her business in the studio.
The Studio itself could benefit from some of the traditional CYP studio offerings. The mats need to be replaced (all of them). The men’s locker room could use more regular cleaning, the unisex deodorant, and a hair dryer.
