Regina is the absolute best teacher you have. I can see why she has regulars and the class is packed! I was actually giving up on Core after an unfortunate experience at Federal Hill but I am so glad to have found her.

Warm welcome from staff when arriving to class. It feels like a family. And the example of how to care for yourself and be committed to your practice the way our teachers are is very inspiring and makes all the difference in showing up especially when it may not be easy to hey to the mat for class. Always so calming once there on the mat and the teachers really challenge us to do our best practice but in a calming manner.

The variety of classes and lots of class times to choose from.
Friendly and inviting staff. Experienced teachers and clean lockers and facilities. Love that they offer complimentary locks for your personal stuff. The water fountain is not always available — seen it out of service a couple of times for a few days in a row. But would still recommend.
