Teacher quality, cleanliness of studio, location near train and bus. I am sorry to see Tess restore classes dropped.
What I enjoy most is the welcoming and inclusive community. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I also appreciate the variety of classes and levels offered, which keeps my practice engaging and challenging.

The community
I enjoy the focus on both the mental and physical and I appreciate the care the teachers put in to making it a worthwhile experience from the moment you step in the door and they remember your name. That helps it feel much more personal. The combination of Sculpt and C2 classes allow me to mix up my routines so it isn't too repetitive and every teacher teaches a little bit differently which also keeps it fun.

Jeannie and Emma (though Emma is now left), in the 830am hot power fusion classes have been AMAZING. I wasn't sure I would like Yoga, but I've been totaly thrilled with that class and them, and am intending to keep it up long term.
I can't come quite as regularly in the summer, but fully intend on doing morning hot power yoga every week come fall again.
It is great. Maybe it is just me but it is getting super hot when there are back to back busy classes.
I love the classes so much and the instructors are SO SWEET! The only thing is there needs to be more weights at the Henderson location. There's never enough weights! Especially the heavier ones.
First time doing a real yoga class, I get the hype now. Very peaceful and meditative, feel like I left a new man! Definitely going to join once Sarah becomes a teacher!
