I love the instructors. Yoga sculpt is my favorite class. I always leave feeling like I’ve accomplished something. It’s always a good workout even if I’m off my game.
Christina was an amazing sculpt teacher - one of the best I’ve had. So many instructors rush through the movements or have no idea what they’re doing - I felt like I got a well paced, well prepared, strong workout from her. She was motivating and engaging. Would go back just to take her class!

I took Gabrielle’s sculpt class through Classpass and absolutely loved it! She was an awesome instructor and really made the class enjoyable.
It's great to be challenged with each class and that the instructors build out a flow that I can continually get better at and work on
Pros:
1. Studio proximity to my home
2. Class offerings convenient to my schedule.
3. Cleanliness of the facility
4. Mediocre instructors. I prefer the lightly attended classes so there is adequate spacing
between students.
5. Solitude focused environment.
I can arrive, practice and depart without small talk interruption by instructors & students.
6. Overall, CPY is the best choice for me, given my 800+ classes completed.
Con
1. Would like to see CR classes, immediately following an HPF class. It would be synergistic
balance of nervous system stimulation followed by nervous system calming.
Teacher made it very beginner friendly.
I really have liked all of the instructors. And Morgan is amazing. She's always super positive. I love the vibe. The classes are all challenging but in a good way.
