The studio was really clean and smelled clean. Instruction was good.
Good workout
The facility has a very friendly, upbeat, and welcoming energy to it. All the teachers have very personalized classes which are all challenging and enjoyable. Reggie’s class is a fantastic C2 and always encourages/teaches advanced poses. Krishna always has great music and a great flow!! Michelle has an a ton of energy that flows to her students and is very good at verbally instructing poses!
The community at the studio is second to none.
