Emma N. was one of the best Yoga teachers I've ever had. She was really motivating and supportive. I also felt like I was very safe in her class and would not accidently harm myself in a pose. Also, I really found the space comfortable.
I like how the entry has shoe cubby to keep the facility clean. I like the instructor for the hot yoga class. She's very good. The class is only one hour but she packed a lot of movement/poses to get a good workout.
I loved the class I took and will be back. My only (tiny) complaint is the parking. There are only a few spots in the garage and street parking is a hassle. That aside, great place for yoga

Mark’s 90-minute C2 Core Restore is the best yoga value in town! It was like having an afternoon yoga retreat just for having a Core Power membership.
I came to the class with sore shoulder, and tight lower back. I left feeling pain-free.
Really enjoyed that I was able to take a free 1 hour yoga class on a Sunday morning! Felt great to wake up and move my body in a fun class without having a membership!

The atmosphere & instructors...
The instructors and community are fantastic. All that said, my yoga friend needs different weights. While the studio has a great number of weights, it lacks 30s and 35s. He could really use those during CSX sessions, which he attends at least 2-3 times weekly.
It was my first time participating in hot yoga and it was great! I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. Katy was a great instructor, very challenging but so worth it!

I love Corepower and always look forward to it. The feeling after class is unlike any other workout or activity! You not only feel amazing after, but its so fun and has been such a sweet community
Friendly community, knowledgable instructors, and challenging classes
I love the intensity and consistency of the instructors at Village District. It is apparent they are held to a high standard and plan their classes very thoughtfully. I like the studio space as well.
