Everyone at the studio is really wonderful and positive. The location is kept in great condition and I appreciate the availability of lockers and showers.

The heated body sculpt with weights class completely changed my life. I suffer from general anxiety and have a very stresfull job and after taking this class for the first time, I see the world in a completely different way. Even before I left the class, I felt all the tension and stress release from my body. The instructor was SUPER nice and helpful. He guided before the class on what to expect, helped fix my form and posture during the class, and even spoke with me after the class to see how I felt. And I felt AMAZING. Thank you CorePower Yoga!!!

Awesome classes

I love the heated C2 class. It is so energizing and always especially formatted for more advanced yogis. and all the instructors are so amazing there. You feel so welcomed upon entering the studio and the type of people that go to the studio are all so friendly. If you want a challenging class, take JQ, RJ, and Amanda. They will rock your yoga world!
