Is easy to park and the couch area is amazing. Today I took Marks class. I've taken that class with many different teachers in L.A. and San Diego and this one was special, strong and full of inspiration.

The strength training yoga class is EVERYTHING! If you're not exactly a yoga enthusiast this class is perfect. It's the perfect mix of weights for strength training, enough yoga to introduce you to some moves and gets you more acquainted with yoga and the music is great and keeps you motivated all of this while your sweating out a small lake in this heated room. It was Great!
All of the teachers are so encouraging and I leave every class feeling uplifted even if I maybe had a tough time getting through that day.
Yoga teachers are extremely friendly, encouraging and supportive. The facility is very clean, nice and welcoming to all yogies!

I love the fact that there is a locker room and showers! Great added amenities such as mouthwash! Music, music, music is what makes this yoga different than any others. I'm addicted and will be coming back for more rejuvenation!
