I enjoy taking classes from Yenly, Kat and Yu. They are very knowledgeable, always encouraging of us, professional, and change up routines to keep it interesting. I also appreciate having 6 AM classes available as a fit into my schedule really well.

I love that each instructor brings something unique to each class. There is great consistency between studios, they are always clean and welcoming. All classes are easily modified and can satisfy a beginner or an advanced student. There is something here for everyone!

I enjoy the classes because of the knowledgeable and positive instructors. Each class is different and up lifting! Sweat, stretch, and get inspired! Love coming here.

Instructor was fantastic!

I would appreciate a little more ventilation/fresh air in the class as C-1 is not supposed to be a heated class and covid is respiratory transmission.

Large variety of classes and convenient times.

Allison is an excellent instructor. Upon signing in, she greeted and asked guests of any possible injuries and offered modifications and blocks to help with certain poses. She also made sure to remember guests' names and to encourage them and congratulate their practice throughout in class. I really enjoyed her yoga approach and instruction. 😁✌🏼

I'm happy to be in the CPY community. I love practicing with the inspiring instructors and appreciate their hard work to keep the studio great. Only, I've noticed some people don't follow "quite studio" rule or they are not aware of the rule. Quite a few students are chatting in the studio so loudly that I once had to walk up a couple of them to ask if they mind talking at the lobby. As you see, I can't always do this so please let all know that we must always keep the studio quiet. There's the note on the studio door, but it may be too small to get the attention? Thanks.
