The instructors are all AMAZING.
I really enjoy the Torrance studio as the staff/instructors are excellent. I regularly attend classes taught by Sofia, Ava, Sebastiana, Leticia and Yenly. All are friendly and welcoming!
I enjoy yoga sculpts , C2 , but I think sometimes if the class is overcrowded. It is not a good practice. I wonder how many people are allowed to be in each class?

Great classes and friendliness is the best
I like all of the instructors. They make the environment very welcoming and warm. It feels like a community where we are all supporting each other. I also am loving the physical benefits of regaining range of motion as my hips were frozen. Apparently, hot yoga is melting them and I'm slowly but surely regaining motion and relieving the constant pain. Yay!!
I love the classes. The teachers are great, and facilities are always nice and equipped! I also love how hot the Torrance classes are :)
