The staff at this location makes you feel like family. It is conveniently located and there is ample parking. I do wish that there was more than one studio but other than that this is a great studio.

I truly love this place. If there should be one thing to complain is how sometimes the instructors take longer than what they should in their teachings. There has been days where we are waiting longer outside because the instructor in session is running late or delaying class, I feel that is not only rude to people waiting for next class but its also disrespectful to everyone waiting plus the next yoga teacher. This usually happens with the same yoga instructor. There should be more control and know how to manage their time as a form of respect to everyone.

I love the positive energy of the teachers and the variety of classes. I also love the music and the sense of community I feel when I come to class. No matter the day I always feel better when I leave a yoga class.

Love D'Andre's thoughtful messages and commentary. Also, I love when the instructors include challenging core work. Not a fan of the shampoo smell or much heat, but otherwise I love this studio.

There's always a class to fit my mood and time table. The instructors are fabulous in helping you go beyond poses to realign your being. Plus, we all need a good sweat.
