The best hot yoga in the city - consistently strong classes for C2 & HPF - sometimes C2 could be a little hotter depending on the instructor. Had one instructor say she never puts the humidity on for C2 so her class was a dry heat, no sweat. She said it really makes a difference how many students are taking so maybe a standard is created for that because for the smaller classes it can be a miss on the humidity. A big area for improvement is with the mat placement for students. In the more popular classes it's just a constant shuffle, the instructors have so much going on already - I think they should be relieved of the burden and just have markings on the floor so students just learn that's where their mat goes. Simple! Otherwise it is a bit of a distraction because most new students don't know there needs to be 4 rows (not 3). Also I really think this location needs to push the property management company for a designated cross walk. The parking spaces close to the studio have a 20 minute limit so everyone parks in the Von's parking lot - since there's no stop signs for thru traffic I've personally witnessed a few close calls with driver's not paying attention. Having been a person who was hit in a crosswalk at a shopping center (a long time ago) LEGALLY the only thing that saved my case for medical reimbursement was the crosswalk itself - without it someone would have little recourse if a car hit them. Random I know but a simple request that could save an injury. Last - I recently took a sculpt class with Samantha and she is amazing - the class was upbeat and moved effortlessly from one exercise to the next. What a workout and just awesome! Surprisingly she only has one class on the schedule- many of us commented since we are craving more! Unfortunately Anita on Tuesdays can be disappointing. Her transitions are slow, too much set up, her cuing is off -stumbles to get the words out- her music is dated and basically not fun, especially for a guy (example song Feels Like a Woman). Definitely not like club or dance music. She is also preoccupied by her music - spends a lot of time adjusting it, etc. wrong track. Just let it play! She was subbing for D'Andre the day after Xmas so the class was packed full - and she really seemed uncomfortable. Then half way through she lost the music all together! Zero music! She held it together so kudos for that but honestly this was a bad class that just got worse. A sweetheart instructor and so nice but this format was not her strength - maybe more coaching is needed? Ok sorry for the novel today!

Love the friendliness and kindness of the staff and love the cleanliness of the studio! It really is as close to perfect as any studio can be! Only wish is that certain teachers would keep the room hotter like they're supposed to. Other than that - love my CP!!!!!

I love being able to go to an HPF class where, for one hour, I can consistently let go of tension and stress; I can set an intention and focus on my practice; and I can sweat out all the toxins in my body.

My visit was the first time I have ever done yoga or been exposed to it. I really like the CR class that I went to, I really wished you offered it more than once per week. It was very relaxing, challenging and made me feel much better. Your facility is beautiful and it made me very relaxed. The people who were in line with me to get in the room were very nice and very complementary of your facility as well.
