I really appreciated the staff and instructors. The environment is always good and the professionals are kind and gentil.!! You can improve the studios cleaning, sometimes it smalls very bad.

Great teachers, rooms, studios and locker rooms! The showers and bathrooms are really nice as well. The only thing I wish that the studios had were water bottle filling stations. Other than that every aspect of the studios are perfect in every way!

The sculpt and yoga C1 class.
Love the energy the instructors bring. One thing I would like to see is a class with the energy level in between C2 to sculpt. There's such a drastic difference. There should be a very yoga orientated class but with modern and fun music!
The teachers at CP are amazing and very encouraging. I enjoyed all the classes I've attended so far and all the teachers a well. There is just such a positive atmosphere during the classes. The bathroom/locker rooms are also very clean.

You are awesome
I am a big fan of your Yoga Sculpt class! My instructor Lanae was great at demonstrating and narrating the choreography so I don't have to watch her the whole time, which is really nice because than I can focus more on what feels right for my body without looking around. The music selection is upbeat and awesome! The sculpt aspect makes me feel like I am doing a lot more than my average yoga routine. I recommend core power to a lot of friends because of the convenience of the many locations as well as the variety of classes, I really believe its a studio that offers something for everybody.

Hot fusion class is the best, love the facility as well but even more so the guidance from all the instructors that help us be in the moment.
