Variety of classes from power yoga to core restore, and special programs such as bootcamp. Products offered are always a wide range of the newest trends from the more popular brands such as Lululemon, Alo, Beyond Yoga, Hydroflask, etc.
I like the variety of classes and the warm heated room that creates a deeper stretch. Always feel good coming out of a class
