Clean Shower and availability of classes

I'm absolutely obsessed with this location! I've been going for years now and have never had a negative experience with any instructors, the facility, my fellow yogis. The positive energy and the good vibes are insane when you walk in the door! I always know I can come here after a long day and completely transform my day.

Side note: I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back, with sciatica and arthritis. My only option to exercise is with Yoga. I have been going for years, but most recently I further herniated a disc into my spinal canal causing unbearable pain everyday for 3 months. Each time I went to CorePower, I felt so at peace and content with my situation. Going to yoga has helped change my mental/emotional state after going through depression from my injury. I'm constantly growing, strengthening, finding happiness, and so much more. Thank you to all of the AMAZING instructors in the Irvine area (Tustin & Irvine) for always being so encouraging, accommodating, and happy. The spiritual energy is indescribable and I cannot stop going back. Thank you for all you do, I am forever grateful.

The instructors are great about diversifying classes to keep things fresh and challenging. I live the late evening options for doing yoga. There is also an array of products in case I forget to bring something.

The interior of the studio is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing upon walking in for the first time. I took Nicole's C1 class on Thursday evening, and it was absolutely fantastic! I hadn't been to a yoga class in over a year, and it was such a positive and welcoming experience for my first time back. Thank you so much, Core Power. <3
