The atmosphere is very warm. I am greeted by name nearly all the time I walk in. The postures are covered in full detail and the pace for every class is challenging but manageable. My favorites include Christine F's hot power fusion classes and Belle's sculpt classes. I work up a sweat and feel great!

Every employee I have met, has been extremely friendly, and very well trained. I've tried other yoga studios, but because it's Hot yoga, this is the only one that gets the results I am looking for. Flexibility and weight loss. Plus, I haven't strained any muscles, because of the heat, and how the classes are taught.
