I have had several orthopedic procedures over the past 4 years and I needed to get back in shape. I like the way the instructors don't push you so hard to do every position and exactly how they should be done. Actually they tell you to listen to your body. I get an outstanding low impact workout which is exactly what I need.

P.S. The only one thing that is not good is the floor is dirty most of the time: sweat from previous class, hair, and at the corners really dirty stains.
We walk in the studio bare feet and step on the mat where during class we touch our mat with face!

I enjoy the fact that there is a variety of classes offered geared towards different level of yoga practices. In merchandise, I like the trendy and quality...and if course the good sales.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared teachers. A clean and "sweet smelling" environment, very important to me. (Especially when each class lets out completely soaking, sweat drenched students) Classes start on time, every time. I've never gotten hurt or pulled a muscle since I started in August. Great parking. You deliver exactly what you say and more.

I typically take Phillip's c2 class. He is always friendly, helpful, motivating and his classes are the most challenging. His flows are complex and well thought out.
I enjoy the selection of clothes from Spirtual Gangster. Wish there was more inventory.

I love CorePower. I'm a visiting student - I'm a Chicago resident - but am home visiting my parents and am so glad there is a CorePower for me to attend while I'm here. I love that each CorePower is a little different, but they all are the same, too, so I feel right at home. I've been to Emily B's, Josh's, Christina's classes that I can recall, and all the teachers were so welcoming and friendly. Love that each teacher for C2 teaches more than just a different Sun B flow. Great variety.

I love all of the classes. And the instructors are very knowledgable
and make learning easy.

I love CPY and the wide variety of classes that are available throughout the week. I'm always raving about my workouts and encouraging my friends to join. The only thing I would recommend is for more of the class details to be on the schedule. I showed up to CP2 one day to find that they'd be focusing on/teaching about chakras which made me uncomfortable when I arrived to class because of my personal beliefs. The app does a great job at giving info about the instructor and the class type but if something more spiritual is added to a class I think that info should be included as well so others know what to expect when they arrive :)

Everyone is very welcoming at your studio and the studio is always clean.

Any early morning (eg 630) classes would be great!

Great teachers, nice looking studio, great workouts and variety. Location works perfectly for me.

May I suggest, adding a boot camp that moms could do? Perhaps 9am or even 7pm?

Maybe a sculpt class at 8:30 or 9am? The kids are in school then.
