I really enjoy taking Charlotte's class. She is one of my favorites. She does a good job having us move from one position to the next, as well as getting us prepped for a flow. I appreciate her hands on adjustments and insight into getting a position working best for you. I feel more confident doing inversions, after getting her advice. I also love that there is a locker room with showers available at all of your studios. It's nice to be able to take a shower, especially after a hot yoga class. And, the locker rooms are always kept so clean. I always enjoy browsing the merchandise for sale too. However, I can't always afford some of the prices, but I like when things are on sale!

everyone is quite friendly and encouraging no matter the level of ability/experience. there's a good variety of classes as well.

Clean fresh luxury facilities and friendly encouraging staff

The staff and instructors are great! I always feel welcomed when I arrive and they are knowledgeable and helpful during class. By the end of my classes I feel I have been challenged and then brought back to center.

I enjoyed the facility and the course with Christine. The only request I have is for her to slow down the pace a little bit in the beginner course

First and foremost the staff was so nice and accommodating. Meredith was the first face I met and she was so professional, charismatic and calming. The studios were clean with comfortable lighting. The bathrooms were very clean with nice products for patron use. I've only taken two classes so far and am very impressed by the respect and individualized attention from the instructors.

I love the flexible schedules, the convenient location, the helpful and talented staff, and the cleanliness. I have noticed that some of the level 1 classes are getting crowded after work. It would be nice to see more of those offered or maybe switched to a larger studio.

Awesome instructors, the studio and locker rooms are always clean, I love being able to hop around the several Seattle locations, sculpt is giving me muscles!
