Excellent staff! Personable and intuitive instructors curating optimal experiences for guiding students on their journey.
I apprictate the quantity of classes that make it easy to find a class to fit my schedule. I also appreciate the challange level and quality of the instruction. The facilities feel nice and are functional. I like the warm rooms that alow my muscels to work well and prevent injury while not being so hot that I am distracted just trying to survive the class.

I loved Mary’s class! She has a creative flow, appropriate language/voice/cues and interesting music. This was my first class with her. It was packed, but I understand why so I’ll be going back for more!

I love the classes and instructors here. Only feedback would be to add another Sculpt class at 5:30 or 6, but besides that, I love the changes and the class options at this facility!

The studio was a nice size room. The locker room is a little tight, but very nice and clean. The instructor of the classes I took were sweet. I did get checked in by another girls who was a little cold, but not a big deal. It's an easy drive from the ferry. Has there been and thought to opening a studio in west Seattle?
