Corepower is by far my favorite yoga studio. I really appreciate Somaly’s 8:30 C2 Candlelight classes. I like the tempo and pace of that class, the calm environment, and her expert coaching on positioning. Unlike some other places, I don’t feel rushed between positions or annoyed by too amped up music in her classes! Thanks for creating a great zen space :)

This was my first ever CorePower Yoga class and I absolutely loved it! I’ve been in practice for a little under a year now and nothing has compared to CorePower. Somaly was a fantastic instructor. Her flow had me constantly moving without feeling too exhausted where I couldn’t focus on the reasons why I was there. I already have a class lined up for next week! Thank you CorePower and Somaly for a great first experience. I think you’ll be seeing me for many years to come!

Great teachers and environment

My favorite thing about CorePower as someone who has experienced studios in CA, AZ, UT, IL and now in WA, is that C2 is C2, HPF is HPF and it's basically the same everywhere minus each individual instructors own flare which is awesome.

After attending my first CorePower class, I am impressed with the instructor, Jess Birney. She embodies a positive approach to informing and challenging her students while encouraging self-exploration and community. Thank you for revitalizing my yoga experience!

I love the instructors, the parking is easy and logistically the instructors manage the busy classes well.

The relaxed feeling afterwards. I slept very well.

I like when the teachers say namaste at the end of class. I appreciate when they share messages or lessons particularly when the teachings are profound or have depth.

The practice of Yoga Sculpt is a great fusion of yoga and strength training.

It helps to burn calories, stay flexible, and gain greater balance.

The Yoga Teachers at this location each have unique strengths and different pace, which really helps. The variety caters to many in different phases of their yoga journey. Based on health and ability one can select to attend specific sessions.

I really like the C1 classes and wish there were more to select from.
Pamela is a wonderful instructor, I enjoyed the candlelight experience she recently led. I’m looking forward to trying out newly added yin yoga classes.
