I LOVE Eric’s classes sooooooo much. He is the best yoga instructor EVER! He not only teaches yoga during the classes but also bring mental health wisdom and meditation at the end of each session. He deserves a BIG raise!! I will keep coming as long as he teaches here.

Instructors are great, all very welcoming and sincere. Parking has greatly improved!

The Bellevue Studio has wonderful CP2 and HPF instructors (Jess, Eric, Leah, Annie) that guide us through the practice. I feel wonderfully refreshed and calm after each session.

Love coming to yoga sculpt and CSX classes!
Almost all teachers are amazing, however disappointed with Leo’s class. Not planning to attend his classes in future anymore. Those are too slow, many gaps, don’t feel like I worked out.

I came from Korea last month and I am not good at English.
So I was a little nervous when I participated in the class.
But the teacher took care of me carefully and demonstrated the movement with his body.

Love the Bellevue location! Always clean, well kept and spacious even with just one studio. Somaly and Eric Z who teach there are two of my favorites as well!

Unfortunately the locker room often need’s attention- trash overflowing, no tissues, and the same clumps of hair in the shower that was there the day before.
