Very good flow, very good teachers, very clean
Bellevue’s reopening on July 1st was my first day back since the pandemic close down. I had not kept up with my yoga routine over the last year and was nervous about joining class again. Rae was so welcoming. She had this amazing energy that exuded warmth, acceptance and gratitude. Her classes are excellent! They are the perfect amount of challenging with beautiful flow.
I am so glad I am practicing yoga again!!

Great instructors, facility is clean, everything is available to you if you forgot your yoga attire, friendly staff, lots of locker and room in the dressing room, studio not overly hot, great workout clothing selection on the racks (nice name brand ones), location is close to restaurants and shopping. I like that the floor gets cleaned after class and students are not expected to do it because it doesn’t work in an honor system .

The instructor was amazing, she made our first time doing hot yoga a very unique and calming experience that my sisters and I enjoyed immensely. The facilities are top notch too!
Large, clean studio. Class was different than what I signed up for but still a great class. Teacher was positive, supportive and welcoming.
