just want to say that Lilian is an awesome teacher! I'm no longer black tag but bought the package just to continue w her then found out that she will no longer be teaching! OH no! Her classes always make me feel great after! Perfect adjustments and cues. Lilian is so present and giving! So sad she will not be at Poway!

Awesome instructors. Very friendly and they establish a welcoming atmosphere. I have no idea how they remember everyone's names, but their effort to do so is noticed and appreciated. Thoughtful routines that flow so nicely. Great music.

Teachers are great. Liz really takes the time to explain poses. Studio is in a good location with plenty of parking, which is not always the case with corepowers.

Classes are fun and the instructor us always changing it up so It doesn't get boring.

Overall most everything

Lots of class times to accommodate all schedules and levels. Great teachers and clean facilities.

Class passes don't expire. Flexibility (the passes can be used at any CorePower studio).

The yoga teachers and classes are awesome! And locker room is always clean and well supplied! Thank you! I'd like to see diff yoga clothes. It seems to be the same clothing and jewelry all the time.
