The instructor on Monday at 4 PM was excellent. This was at the La Mesa studio. She was extremely careful with all of us with each of our movements. I really appreciated this because I have a herniated disk.
La Mesa studio is fantastic! I have traveled to other areas and CPY studios but they don't compare to Cali! Each instructor is unique but the consistency in quality whether C2 or Sculpt (my go to's). I feel welcome when I enter, encouraged during the process and thanked on departure. I learn. I let go and I long for the next time.

Challenging class with great poses
Absolutely outstanding instructor! There are very few yoga instructors who rise to Claire’s level of knowledge and experience. She is creative with her classes and gives you an excellent workout in a heated room.

The staff here are very nice and supportive and the facility is clean. My only complaint is that some of the classes get pretty jam packed with people and I worry about covid.
It was my first time going but definitely not my last!! I went to Logan Kolnberger’s sculpt class and she was amazing and I can’t wait to experience more at CorePower Yoga❤️
Everyone from the staff to the other yogis are kind and make it so easy to fit in with everybody even though you may not be on the same level. It makes yoga practice extremely comfortable and informative
