Teachers are great, well managed studio and locker rooms, easy parking, never had a problem finding room on the floor.
The workout as a whole and the la mesa staff is exceptional!! The only problem is the cost I wish I could afford to go more often I pay for my girls as well so mak d if difficult to make it a regular workout😞
