For the most part amazing instructors
I absolutely love CPY La Mesa. I have been going there for a while now and I feel a great sense of community. The teachers are absolutely amazing, with a special shoutout to Cat and Erin, and I have even made friends! Going to yoga there makes my week so much better and keeps me sane especially when I feel a little extra stressed from work and everyday life. The classes are challenging yet fun and I have gotten SO much stronger in recent months.
It’s my favorite studio! They are all great but I love my La Mesa studio fam.

Took two back to back classes on Monday, C1 and core restore. There was a substitute teacher and she was phenomenal! So good.
I enjoyed the instructors communication, flow and feel of class. The facility is clean, organized, and the process from check in to departure is efficient.
Excellent instruction in a wonderful community of inspiring, encouraging people. Best place to practice hands down!

Paige was a phenomenal instructor! She was so motivating and inspiring. She reminded me of my coach in Philly. I was only visiting my hometown and so glad we crossed paths. Take yoga sculpt. It will strengthen your body and mind! Great classes and intructors.
Loved the class and instructor! I love CorePower all around but they really need to have floor stickers for mat placement. The class was packed and it’s a bit chaotic because there’s no template for spacing and no one wants to move.
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I was nervous about even going but I am so glad I went! I can’t wait to get a membership and continue coming!
I always enjoy my classes at la mesa - teachers are nice and studio is close and clean
However the incense before some classes is too much for me - I’m really sensitive to smells and when incense is lit I really don’t like it
