Maegan is the best!

I was only able to attend a class on my first day. I pulled a groin muscle and the Doctor wouldn't let me workout for a week. I did love the yoga class. I realize I need yoga in my life.

Yesterday evening, I attended Taylor's class and I was sad to hear that she is leaving San Diego and will no longer be teaching at the Mission Valley studio.

I first met Taylor when, by serendipity, I placed my mat next to hers at the going away class for Lindsay, former Mission Valley manager. I had a great time practicing next to her that night, which prompted me to try one of her classes. After attending Taylor's class for the first time, she became one of my favorite instructors because of her energy and enthusiasm--and it was a great workout!!

I wish her the best with the next phase of her life, and I know that she will be missed by the many students she has inspired (and made sweaty) over the past couple of years.

Barry is an excellent teacher with well planed flow, music and openning intentions. He is able to combine the benefits of traditional yoga with cadio and strength training. I also like that this lockeroom is well maintained.

Informative instruction, multiple locations, many local choices of class and location to make scheduling really easy.

Nikki was a phenomenal teacher. Her truth and passion resonates in her teaching style. I also deeply deeply appreciated that the heater wasn’t running the entire time. I wish every teacher did that. She payed attention to all of us and our needs rather than pushing us too hard. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a phenomenal practice because of her. Thank you Nikki! Can’t wait to see you again!

I love the overall CPY experience - the classes, the teachers, and the environment. On my recent visit to the Mission Valley San Diego studio, I felt it needed some refreshing.I love the San Mateo studio, where I can be found daily.
