I have enjoyed my experience with Core Power La Jolla so much. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The teachers and staff are exceptionally wonderful! They always take the time to greet me when I come in and I never feel rushed. The teachers are so knowledgeable and give encouragement and praise throughout the classes. I'd especially like to recognize Sara, Billy, Ray, and Lori - but actually every single teacher there is awesome!!!

Great instructors, fun classes with good music, plenty of equipment and space. One bit of feedback - I hope they will consider putting a bike rack outside their door to promote climate-friendly modes of transport.

Took Lindsey’s HPF class and it was amazing!! The way she takes the time to explain the poses and allows you to learn all while still kicking your behind in this HPF class. Enjoyed taking her class and looking forward to taking more with her. One of my favorite instructors for sure!
Instructors are great and the studio is very clean! I would like to suggest having a headset for the instructors as it can be hard to hear them at times.
The women's locker room has a nice layout. I like that it has 2 mirrored counters, one with a sink and one without. It makes it easy to get ready.
The instructors at this studio are transcendent. Helena Hao, Ashley G, Shianne C, Sarah Lin, Pam, Lisa Yeme, Shelby. You are stars, and you’ve changed my life ✨
