Corepower feels like it's own community. Although everyone is there to better themselves, either on a physical or mental level, there is still a feeling of teamwork incorporated. Weather it's a high five to the person next to you after a tough burst of cardio during the sculpt class, or simply a smile when the person in C2 lingers onto your mat or space during a challenging pose. Whenever I leave Corepower, I feel stronger, more accomplished, and genuinely just better about myself.

I'm a 60-year-old retired guy who was introduced to yoga and to Corepower a couple of years ago. I definitely have the potential to feel out-of-place, but I never, ever have. The staff is welcoming, patient, and supportive. When a beginner attends a C 1.0 class, it will be geared to him or her. The C 2.0 classes have some advanced expressions that maybe only one or two yogis achieve. But, everyone can feel at home and can be comfortable with their practice. To me, this is remarkable, and wonderful.

I am impressed by the level of expertise of all the instructors knowing that they have all received corepower training. The instruction is fun,upbeat, and consistently good for every type of class. I am impressed with the convenience of classes and locations. The facilities are all clean and beautiful, nice locker room amenities, and a beautiful retail selection for all your yoga needs.

I love that this studio strives to bring community together! The classes are always different and challenging. Every week it seems like there is a different theme or focus either by a particular instructor or the studio as a whole.

Well firstly I have been trying so hard to find the right nitch for me to get more active and see results and after coming to corepower I have seen nothing but extremly positive results, after being apart of the corepower lifestyle I find myself to feel more fit and strong each and every day. And I also have a love for spending all my money on the active wear in the store! Everything seems to catch my eye. And I am new to San Diego and I found that the UTC corepower community is so welcoming and fun and feel as though I've created friends through all my time spent here. So yes I have many positive outcomes of the corepower lifestyle :)

I love the community that CorePower offers. It has become my happy place. I am very comfortable going there on a daily basis and have gotten to know the instructors, and fellow classmates. This is the first form of exercise I have ever consistently done in my life. I've been going regularly for 3 years now and cannot envision my life without yoga. A huge part of why I go so often is because of the instructors, the variety of classes, and the convenience of having so many studios near my home and work.

Corepower studio is clean. The variety of classes are great and the instructors are knowledgeable and personable. Fantastic comes to mind.
