I always leave CorePower lighter and re-energized. The classes and teachers elevate my energy and mental state. As a FT working mom CorePower is the perfect way allow myself a little me-time focus.

I really appreciate that the HPF classes are all pretty much consistent no matter who the instructor is. Since my work schedule limits when I can practice I feel pretty confident that I will be able to participate in class no matter who is teaching.

I happened to be the only one who attended this particular class, and the instructor Ray was wonderful! She attended to me without making me feel self conscious, and she had a beautiful understanding of anatomy and physiology. I will definitely be returning for another class with her.

I do recommend CorePower Yoga from the UTC/La Jolla location. My experience with them has been very positive.

I like the variety of classes and I feel I’m getting a bit hooked on yoga. I definitely also like the pricing which was the reason I choosed CorePower Yoga as my first tryout with yoga.

I like the way the teacher teaches the yoga class ( very close to Bikram today).

Also area has parking and yoga room is large enough for everyone to practice.

The size and instructors

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Core Power. The locker rooms were very nice, and my instructor was absolutely amazing!

Both Ray and Lori are my favorite CorePower yoga instructors (besides my fiance Meg Sperry who teaches at Del Mar). I really enjoy the HPF followed by CoreRestore!
