My favorite instructors are Emily D and Colleen N. They both always greet me by name, have the best teaching styles, and don't spend extra time on their "favorite" students like other teachers do. The classes at UTC are inclusive and great for everyone. The location is convenient so that I can almost always make it to C2 after work. It would be great if a C1 class was offered closer to the lunch hour.
I like the atmosphere at corepower yoga. It is very clean and relaxing. The instructors are friendly and approachable.

The chemistry of CPY UTC is welcoming and the teaching nourishing. There is not a rote 1-2-3 formula to goes into attaining and maintaining an espirit de corps. I have witnessed CorePower turn CorporatePower on occasion in certain of the San Diego County CPY studios. This is not the experience I find in practicing at UTC over the most recent four weeks.

Love the instructors, especially Dat and Jenny. Love that its clean and there are classes I am able to take early enough classes to get to work on time at 730am which makes my days 100% better!

Friendly and welcoming staff members that are always there to help, never judge. I am inconsistent about my yoga practices and I've never felt uncomfortable even though I know I need lots of improvement. Studios and bathrooms are sksays clean too, and the multiple locations is a huge bonus!

many of the instructors aim to help us to obtain our own physical well-being through their genuine care and assistance. It always makes me feel that i've regained a sense of peacefulness within myself after the classes. Unlike some previous yoga experiences I've had, I find very few instructors at core 'preach' certain yoga philosophies strongly and respect our individual personal spaces, which I highly appreciate!

The instructors are extremely friendly. They encourage growth with every class and keep it fresh with creative new sequences. I also love how some months they focus on themes or have workshops to improve arm balances or transitions etc.
The classes are offered in a variety of levels to accommodate different people's needs. I love that the classes are a serious workout - that's exactly what I look for in yoga classes. The instructors are very experienced and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and always clean. It has a great environment where your practice is encouraged to grow.
