All of the instructors are simply outstanding. They are friendly, extremely helpful, and highly knowledgeable. The classes are structured to be challenging but safe.

I like that all the instructors are very inspiring and encouraging. Also I enjoy that each class is very unique and the same basic postures are nicely blended each time to create a unique program each time! The music is always great, the atmosphere is super relaxing and the exercises are great!

Dat's yoga sculpt is awesome!

I really enjoy the instructors' attitudes and the considerations that are offered at the beginning of class. I benefit from the non-competitive environment and the focus on what we can do (rather than limitations) even when modifications are necessary. Suggest adding SPF to the locker room supplies. Thanks for the great studio!

Corepower feels like it's own community. Although everyone is there to better themselves, either on a physical or mental level, there is still a feeling of teamwork incorporated. Weather it's a high five to the person next to you after a tough burst of cardio during the sculpt class, or simply a smile when the person in C2 lingers onto your mat or space during a challenging pose. Whenever I leave Corepower, I feel stronger, more accomplished, and genuinely just better about myself.

I love your instructors. Great 9:00am Saturday and Sunday morning C2 classes!
