Friendly instructors and great classes!

The temperature for the Yoga Sculpt class I did was a bit lower than I'm used to at other Corepower Facilities. However, the staff were very friendly and approachable and I enjoyed my time there.

nice location. I was worried about adequate parking but it was ok. Its nice to know you can go to alternative state core locations and get the same yoga experience.

The temperature and humidity in the studio is great. It doesn't make me uncomfortable.

The education and the talented teachers are very mindful of you and your practice. They want you to be your best and they are there to help you do it!

The core-restore class was one of the best yin classes I have attended.

I love the hot yoga class because you get to burn a lot of calories. The teacher was very thorough in explaining the poses to the class. I especially like that she gives you the option to have her correct the poses if you are doing them wrong.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My total experience was great and I plan on using this studio more often!! Thank you!

Classes are intimate and cater to your personal fitness levels

As a beginner yogi, I joined CorePower a few weeks ago. I have take a few classes from Nikki, and she is fantastic. Her cues are easy to understand, she explains the benefits of certain poses and stretches, and she really seems to want to help people learn how to better their yoga practice. I'd highly recommend CorePower.

The peaceful environment and the great instructors. I always enter the door all overwhelmed and leave relaxed and hopeful. The only suggestions I have is to add more classes later in the evening on Mondays and Wednesday.

The facilities are super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful for a first time student. The class was challenging but I never struggled and was given options that were great for a first time student.

I like the flexible hours on the weekends. I wish the yoga sculpt were offered after 7 pm on the weekdays so I could attend more!

Facilities and instructors

I JUST LOVE THE VIBES AT THE LA JOLLA STUDIO (my primary space I frequent) AND REALLY ALL THE STUDIOS I'VE VISITED THUS FAR. I LOVE THE WELCOMING AND WARM ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DIVE DEEPER INTO MY PRACTICE THAN EVER BEFORE. I ALSO HATED AB EXERCISES BEFORE BUT NOW MY BABY ABS ARE COMING IN AND I HARDLY NOTICE HOW HARD I'M WORKING MY CORE WHEN I'M ACTUALLY ABSORBED IN MY PRACTICE. THIS IS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE MIND-BODY-SOUL DETOX I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME :)

I have akways gone to wed at 530 class. This is the only thing in my kife that brings me peace for 1 hour. The instructor is irreplaceable. I wish i could afford to come more...

The staff at UTC-La Jolla is the best! I love going to Mackenzi's C1 on Tuesday nights- the notes she leaves on our mats make my day every time!

Everything was clean and really nice-- including the showers! The class was great, and the instructor took time to chat with me about modifications, which was really helpful.

I like that I was pushed to my limit....great class...great instructor.
